Bali, October 2025 – The cave by Chef Ryan Clift, one of Bali’s most captivating dining destinations, is proud to announce the launch of its latest tasting menu this month. Set within a dramatic subterranean setting, the new menu continues to push the boundaries of culinary artistry, seamlessly blending modern gastronomy with global influences and local flavors. Crafted by Head Chef Nikhil Sengupta under the creative direction of Chef Ryan Clift, the menu showcases a bold interplay of textures, flavors, and storytelling, designed to take guests on an unforgettable journey through ten inventive courses.
“It is an honor to present my very first menu at The cave,” said Chef Nikhil Sengupta. “My inspiration comes from both global influences and the rich traditions of Bali, where every dish is not only about taste, but about creating an immersive experience that lingers long after the final bite”.
