BALI MEAT PARK BARBECUE AND MUSIC FESTIVAL

1. Event Overview:

   – The Bali Meat Park is a dynamic fusion of appealing barbecue delights and soul-stirring music, set amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Bali. In its inaugural edition, this event promises locals and tourists an unforgettable experience of food, music, and community engagement.

2. Event Date and Location:

   – The event will take place on 14 September 2024 at Pantai Muntig Siokan Sidakarya. Entrance Point: Jl. Pengembak No.44, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali.  The venue will be outdoors, providing ample space for music performances, BBQ stations, and standing / seating areas.

3. Event Schedule:

   – The event will commence at 2pm and conclude at 10pm.

   – A detailed schedule of music performances and BBQ activities will be provided.

4. Music Performances:

   – Live music performances will be featured throughout the event, showcasing a variety of genres to cater to diverse tastes.

   – Performers are expected to adhere to agreed-upon set times and conduct themselves professionally on stage.

5. BBQ Stations:

   – Several BBQ stations will be set up offering a range of grilled delicacies, including meats, vegetarian options, and side dishes.

   – Food safety standards must be strictly followed by all vendors, including proper handling, cooking, and serving of food items.

6. Alcohol Policy:

   – The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be permitted to individuals of legal drinking age.

   – Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly, and alcoholic beverages should not be brought into the event from outside sources.

7. Waste Management:

   – Recycling and waste disposal stations will be available throughout the venue. Attendees are urged to dispose of trash responsibly and recycle whenever possible.

   – Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at their respective stations and disposing of waste in designated areas.

8. Safety and Security:

   – Event organizers will implement necessary safety measures to ensure the well-being of attendees, performers, and staff.

9. Smoking Policy:

   – Smoking is allowed throughout the area, please respect the non smokers, especially kids.

11. Child Policy:

At Bali Meat Park, we welcome families to enjoy our festival together. To ensure a family-friendly experience, children under 10 years old can enter the event for free.
