Chef Will Clintan – The Vision Behind Our Flavors
Meet Chef Will Clintan – the creative force whose vision shapes the soul of the restaurant. Graduating from TAFE Ultimo in 2015 was the beginning of Chef Will’s 13-year experience in the F&B industry. With years of experience in Australia through various cafes, restaurants, hotels, and then in Bali as a Head Chef in Sisterfields, now Chef Will is crafting vibrant spices blended with disciplined cooking methods for The Naked Tiger Bali.
Born in Indonesia and raised in Australia, Chef Will’s love for food began early, shaped by rich cultural traditions and diverse global influences. His career has been a journey across Asia’s culinary landscapes, where he immersed himself in vibrant spices, soulful street food, and the warmth of shared meals.

At The Naked Tiger, the philosophy is simple: strip away convention and reveal the raw, unfiltered essence of Asian cuisine. “Naked” represents transparency, honesty, and simplicity, while “Tiger” symbolizes strength, passion, and fearless creativity. Opening the doors on January 31st 2025, The Naked Tiger takes pride in creating every dish entirely from scratch as a testament to Chef Will’s dedication to originality and flavor. Each plate is designed to surprise, delight, and leave a lasting impression.
● Lobster Tom Yum Noodle
Fresh lobster, locally sourced herbs, and spices come together in a rich prawn broth, delivering a deep umami punch with every spoonful.
● Pork Belly Bao Bun
Bali’s finest local pork is slow-cooked for eight hours with fragrant spices, then paired with a master stock glaze and served in fluffy, house-made bao buns.
● Char Siu Pork Belly
A showstopper featuring pork belly slow-cooked sous vide for 12 hours, thenglazed in a rich, smoky char siu sauce for melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

● Jungle Berries – Made with smooth Smirnoff vodka, fresh strawberries, a splash of lime juice, and the delicate sweetness of elderflower syrup.
● Rainforest Rush – Crafted with Captain Morgan light rum, juicy passion fruit puree, pineapple juice, a hint of lychee syrup, and a squeeze of lime.
