Sing Sing Waterfalls Bali Indonesia,  Daybreak Waterfalls or Air Terjun Singsing Bali Indoensia

are located in the Banjar Village, within the Labuan Haji Temukus district, about 3km from Lovina and 13km from Singaraja, Bali’s former capital. A trip to Singsing Waterfall can be perfectly combined with Dolphin Watching and an overnight stay is highly recommended as there are many staggering natural highlights located in the north of Bali. To those who stay in Lovina, due to the short distance to Daybreak Waterfalls and the easy accessibility, it is highly recommended to go on a cycling tour to this lovely place of interest.

Termed by the locals as the Air Terjun Singsing, the location with its impeccable beauty, spectacular charm and astonishing view is truly a piece of eye candy.

The significance of this place is that it manages to give a purely romantic, exotic and exquisite touch to the atmosphere. Due to its natural scenery many nature lovers and couples love to share some peaceful moments watching the calm waters rippling down a cascade. For this reason, Singsing’s popularity has increased over the last couple of years.

You don’t have to worry about meals and drinks at all. In front of the path to the waterfalls some local restaurants can be found, offering cool drinks as well as basic food and it’s the perfect resting stop to enjoy after sightseeing and to make connections with locals. The path to the two waterfalls starts from a village side road so the area in general is very basic and not really touristic.

The advantage of visiting this area, which is very popular with international and local tourists, is that you have a 2 for 1 offer.

The first waterfall (SingSing Satu) is easy to reach and the stroll from the parking along a small river takes about 5-7 minutes. The sulphate containing pool is the perfect stop to cool down during your trip and to pamper your skin. Although the Singsing Waterfalls are only 13 meters in height, they are the most romantic waterfalls in Bali. The way to this waterfall can be managed by everybody but...

... to see the second waterfall it takes by far more effort and you have simply 10 adventurous mintues (20 if you include the way back to the first waterfall). You will cross rivers, walk small and slippery paths as well as climb and hike a little. Once there, SingSing Dua, the bigger one of the two waterfalls will impress you with its full force of nature and also this pool can be used for swimming.

  • Tip 1: In case you are not too tired, not afraid of adventures and still able to find the time, climb up the hill near daybreak waterfall to get the most spectacular view of the far away glamour.
  • Tip 2: If you are a repeat guest to Bali, visit Singsing in the rainy season (from October/November to March/April) as farmers partially divert the river during the dry season.
