Friendly Wine Dinner Featuring Chef Thiago Mendes
From an eager boy growing up in Brazil, inspired by his own culture and beautiful food, Thiago Mendes has since become a slave to the culinary world and never stops absorbing all it has to offer.
He found his footing working for Greg Doyle at the Sailor Club and moved through The Anchor (Bondi), Pink Salt (Double Bay), The Grace Hotel (CBD), Janus itaiian (Darling Harbor) and has since been appointed the Executive Chef for iris Hotel Group.
Through his infectious passion and vigor for food, Thiago is set to show the world exciting and delicious new ways to express himself through his dishes. Look forward to a 5 course menu with distinctive Vin+ and wines paired from Chile, Australia, California, French and itaiiato complement each individual item.
